Letters to children

Dear Parents and Carers,

As our Spring term comes to an end, we want to take this opportunity to wish you well, we hope everyone remains healthy and happy. For those of you celebrating Easter we wish you a Happy Easter.

We have missed the children enormously over the last two weeks so we thought a letter from the teachers to the children would be a fitting way to end the term. The letters will be sent to you via email to be shared with your children as well as on the website.

We are also sharing the Ealing Schools Counselling Partnership newsletter which is full of useful tips. Helen Thorp, the counselling manager, has shared her details if anyone needs mental health support at this time.

We will continue to keep you updated and share further links and guidance with you when we return after the holiday period. For now, we have shared a fun pack for key stage 1 and 2 and a geometry pack for fun holiday activities if needed. We want to reassure you that there is no expectation for you to teach your children or feel pressured to use all of the activities that we share. You know the needs of your family and we trust that you are making the best decisions for them.

May I take this opportunity to thank Mrs Nicholas for all of her hard work and that the whole school community wish her much joy as she welcomes her first child with Mr Nicholas. We look forward to meeting baby Nicholas when life returns to normal.

Kind regards

Mrs Gardner
