The Derwentwater School Association (The DSA) is the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) for Derwentwater Primary School. 

The DSA is a Registered Charity (1037983) and a member of the Parentkind network. The DSA is a way for parents and carers of children at Derwentwater Primary School to come together and help support the work of the school.

The DSA helps support the school by raising money to pay for equipment, events, and activities for the children. We also host fun events for families and staff, such as bake sales, the summer fair, school discos, quiz nights, markets and more.

As a parent/carer at the school, you are automatically a member of The DSA and invited to participate in meetings, social events, and fundraisers. Events and projects happen thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of the parents and staff who organise and support them.

We know you are busy, so there are simple ways for everyone to get involved and work together. The easiest way to reach us is through your Class Reps on your Year Group WhatsApp Groups.
